Houston Social Security Disability Attorney Speaks At Two Events

John Driskill recently had the pleasure of speaking to two attorney groups.  On February 15, 2013 John spoke in Miami, Florida at the 2013 Fifth Circuit Organization Of Social Security Claimants Representatives (FOSSCR) conference.  There were judges and attorneys in attendance from the entire gulf coast, as well as Illinois and Wisconsin.  John was also pleased to speak to the Social Security Section of the Houston Bar Association on February 20, 2013.  (John is the immediate past chair of that section of the Bar).  The topic of both speeches was proving all elements in cases of individuals with Intellectual disabilities and effective cross-examination strategies of the experts.
