“Mr. Weisbrod accepted me as a client for SS disability after I was declined filing on my own. After several court attempts I finally was approved for disability only because I had reached aged 50. A Social Security Disability Legal Team That Understands the Value of Communication
“I was told by several people that I didn’t need an attorney when I first applied for my Social Security disability benefits; however, I did not feel comfortable doing it on my own.  I had also been warned that many Social Security disability attorneys do not communicate with you or only meet with you the day you have to meet with the Judge.  That may be true for some firms, but this certainly was not my experience with Morgan & Weisbrod.  I wanted and needed some help understanding what was happening.  Before I filed my application Morgan Weisbrod advised me what to have with me so I would be prepared and I even had a doctor’s statement that my doctor had filled out for me.  I am not a patient person so after I filed my application I frequently e-mailed and called Morgan Weisbrod with concerns and questions.  Both Jill Martinez and Julie Baker answered every question I had in a very quick time frame and walked me step by step through the process.  They contacted Social Security on my behalf when necessary and provided the documentation that Social Security requested.  Whenever I called the law firm they were professional and if the individual was not available – I left a message and my call was promptly returned.I was approved for my benefits before the end of September, not even 60 days from when I first applied.  I have multiple sclerosis and unfortunately it is debilitating.   I’ve worked my entire life and disability is a hard pill to swallow for me – both physically and emotionally – but this law firm, specifically Jill Martinez, has been incredible.  She communicated about not only the regarding the Social Security process, but actually cared about me as a person.”
