Jose R. of Dallas, Texas worked for The Palm restaurant for over 30 years. He was diagnosed with cancer in 2012 at age 60 and was finally forced to stop working. He filed for Social Security disability benefits with the help of his daughter and was turned down twice. She decided it was time to get some help in his claim.
