John Driskill, a Texas Social Security Disability law attorney at Morgan & Weisbrod, LLP, recently spoke at the Houston Bar Association Social Security Luncheon. This meeting was held on February 20, 2013 at Brio on Kirby Drive in Houston. Mr. Driskill is the immediate past chair of that section of the Houston Bar Association.

Mr. Driskill is Board Certified in Social Security Disability law by the National Board of Legal Specialty Certification, and he is frequently invited to speak to Social Security Disability lawyers about the matters and issues that impact their practices. He covers topics that include how to prove all the required elements in cases when a person has an intellectual disability and how to effectively cross-examine expert witnesses.

The firm’s lawyers focus their practices on helping clients obtain Social Security Disability benefits. They know the process to obtaining benefits is long and complicated, and they work with clients to give them the best chances possible to receive the benefits they deserve.
