How much will this cost me?

 

A: We charge no fees unless we are successful. Once we commit to accept a Social Security Disability case, we pay all costs and only recover those costs if we are successful. Our fees are governed by the Social Security Administration and therefore we charge no more than 25 percent of your back benefits, if we are successful. Because the fees are set by the SSA, it will not cost you more to be represented by an experienced Social Security Disability attorney at our firm.
