James D. Skelton is a former OHA/ODAR staff attorney in the Social Security Administration's, Office of Hearings and Appeals, Regional Writing Unit in Kansas City, Missouri, and the Dallas Downtown Hearing office. Since then Mr. Skelton has limited his practice to Social Security Disability since 2001 and he has personally represented hundreds of claimants in several states at all levels of the administrative process.
